By installing the TweetBuddy AI Chrome extension or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please uninstall the extension and stop using the service.

2. Description of Service

TweetBuddy AI is an AI-powered Chrome extension that generates reply suggestions for posts on Twitter/X. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or changed at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use TweetBuddy AI to:

  • Generate spam, harassment, or abusive content
  • Violate Twitter/X's Terms of Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Circumvent usage limits through automation or multiple accounts

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Free plan: 20 AI replies per day, no payment required
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Dodo Payments
  • You can cancel anytime — access continues until the period ends
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

TweetBuddy AI, its logo, and all associated software are owned by us. AI-generated reply suggestions are provided for your personal use. You retain full ownership of any content you post on Twitter/X.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before posting.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TweetBuddy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India.
