1. Free Trial

All new users receive a free plan with 20 replies/day — no credit card required. We encourage you to test the service thoroughly before upgrading.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first payment on a new subscription
  • You have experienced a verified technical issue that prevented you from using the service
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests made after 7 days of the billing date
  • Renewal charges (you can cancel before renewal to avoid charges)
  • Partial month usage — we do not prorate refunds
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@tweetbuddy.ai with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue a refund for the current period.
